General information
Flex living in Madrid's south-east
Description
A flex living scheme with a diversified mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with part of the units set aside for short stays.
An inverted-U building (GF+4) with an industrialised precast structure —columns, L/T beams and prestressed hollow-core slabs— and deep pile foundations. A high-performance envelope, a 132.5 kWp photovoltaic installation and aerothermal systems covering more than 70% of domestic hot water from renewables. 10 adapted apartments and 10 adapted parking spaces, and 8 accessible lifts (Spanish building code CTE DB-SUA). The project is pursuing the BREEAM and Fitwel environmental certifications.
Beyond the included amenities, the operator offers pay-per-use services such as cleaning, towel changes, an additional parking space or pet admission.
