Investment director at Overlord, with more than 20 years of experience in investment projects across different sectors, particularly in real estate, where he has led projects in development, income-producing investment, land development and restructuring. More than 9 years of experience in accounting and tax advisory (J&A Garrigues, S.L.P.). She serves as Chief Financial Officer of Overlord, responsible for the financial management of the group and its companies, playing an active role in their management committees.

More than 11 years of experience in sales and project management and business development, working at multinationals in the packaging sector (Saica). He is responsible for Investor Relations.

More than 7 years of experience in real estate and architecture. She began her career at an architecture studio in Zaragoza and later joined Deloitte, where she worked on strategic plans for companies such as Aedas Homes and GMP, as well as managing real estate portfolios for international funds such as Bain Capital Credit, CPPIB and Citibank.

Since 2024 she has been part of Overlord, analysing investment opportunities and monitoring ongoing property development projects.

More than 8 years of experience across construction and real estate investment. A civil engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with a specialisation in M&A and Private Equity (IEB), he was a production manager at Ferrovial and a project manager at Arcano Partners. He serves as project director for Overlord's developments.

More than 9 years of experience in corporate law advisory and corporate transactions (Marcellán Abogados). She serves as Head of Legal at Overlord.

More than 8 years of experience in financial audit (Deloitte) and in internal control and reporting in the pharmaceutical sector (Alliance Healthcare España). She serves as Financial Controller at Overlord.

A double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza, with exchange stays in Madrid and Norway. He began his career in tax at Deloitte and in legal at Ibercaja. He serves as an Investment Analyst across Overlord's vehicles.
