Medium-stay flex living next to the A-6

Description

A flex living aparthotel, with part of the units set aside for short stays. The product centres on the one-bedroom apartment, complemented by studios and two-bedroom apartments.

Built on footings and reinforced-concrete piles adapted to the site's geotechnics, with a concrete structure on columns and slabs optimised to gain free height, and a ventilated façade of wood-finish aluminium panels over an ETICS system. The spaces are adapted for people with reduced mobility and the project is pursuing BREEAM certification, prioritising energy efficiency and sustainable design.

Beyond the included amenities, the operator offers pay-per-use services such as cleaning, towel changes, an additional parking space or pet admission.
